RASCOflex AY (acrylate)

Our main product for leak injection is RASCOflex AY108 acrylic resin known for its exceptional swelling properties, flexibility on-site, and superior resistance to water pressure, ensuring long-lasting performance in waterproofing applications.

  • RASCOflex AY injection resins are used in general civil engineering, hydraulic engineering, and road construction. Preventive sealing during new construction is one application.

  • Remedial sealing against water ingress, water loss, or other liquids, as well as for the compaction of subsoil and rock, is another. A special characteristic of RASCOflex AY acrylic resins is their reactive behavior; that is, after polymerization, they react upon contact with water with an individual swelling effect.

  • For this reason, the acrylic resins do not require edge adhesion for sealing and can therefore reliably seal even contaminated joints and cracks without additional measures.
